1. What is the production and delivery time?
   The production time depends on the size of the batch. In our experience, the average is 7-10 days. The delivery time depends on Your country and the shipping method You choose, but generally, it takes 4-6 days.

2. How can I know the price?
   Usually, it is difficult to say the price as it depends on many factors:
   - how much handwork is required (sanding, painting, gluing, packing);
   - the complexity of the product, the thickness of the wood - this determines the machine's cutting time.
   Of course, it also depends on the number of products that are ordered. Share Your needs with us and we will respond promptly with possible pricing.

3. What materials do you use for producing?
   We use hight quality birch or poplar plywood. Mostly from 3-6mm thickness.

4. Do you only produce personalized orders?
   We produce both - individual orders and series orders as well. We can supply products from our collection on a regular basis. Also we can produce the wooden parts only.

5. I am interested in your catalog of products. How can I find out more?
   Send us an inquiry (Contacts) and specify the area you are interested in (for example Wooden wall decorations, Clocks or Wooden toys). Or if You are interested in a customized case, describe an idea. We will send You a variety of our examples or personal solution to Your Email.

5. Do you provide individual packaging for finished products?
   Yes, if we make the products for Your company, we can pack them in Your packaging, and affix the necessary stickers (bar codes, etc.) so that the product would be delivered directly to the shops or points of sale. We are happy to work with synergy.

7. What is the capacity of the production?
   We currently have several laser cutting machines with dimensions 1300x900mm. Moreover, in the near future we plan to increase our capacity and will be able to produce decorations and parts of 1600x1000mm. So if you see a need, just let us know.

8. Laser cutting and engraving. What is it?
   Laser cutting is cutting with a laser beam. We can cut the most complex ornaments, shapes, templates, stencils, letters, logos and other sketches created with computer programs. And for specific orders, we can prepare a vision of the work from a photograph or image.
